SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the Bolt Tire Service Messages program operated by Gnarly Oak Enterprises LLC, doing business as Bolt Tire.

Program description

If you choose to opt in, Bolt Tire may send conversational text messages about quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and invoices. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the optional, unchecked consent box on a Bolt Tire web form or by providing express consent directly to Bolt Tire. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees according to your wireless plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call (845) 415-2658, or email sales@bolttire.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.

Privacy
